Medallia Appoints Mike Kourey as CFO

Proven financial leader to take CEM leader to the next level

PALO ALTO, Calif., June 11, 2015 — Medallia (www.medallia.com), the global Customer Experience Management (CEM) leader, today announced Mike Kourey as its new chief financial officer. With over 20 years of financial operating and audit committee experience with both startups and large technology enterprises, Kourey brings extensive hands-on expertise in leading financial strategy and execution for high-growth companies.

Most recently, Kourey was a partner at Khosla Ventures, where he worked closely with RingCentral to guide the company through its successful initial public offering. Kourey has also held a number of operational finance leadership roles – including serving as CFO of Polycom, where he started as the seventh employee and helped grow the business to over $1.5 billion in annual revenues.

Kourey also serves on the board of directors at RingCentral and various private companies and previously served on the boards and audit committees of Aruba Networks and Riverbed Technology. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis.
