Our conference embraces a business casual dress code. The resort is large — you will get your steps in! — so we strongly encourage comfortable walking shoes.

  • Take those well-deserved breaks to recharge and refuel
  • Bring a sweater or light jacket for the conference center—it can get chilly inside.
  • For outdoor activities, don’t forget a warmer jacket—Vegas weather can be unpredictable! Our Tuesday night reception will be outdoors at the Event Pavilion, and the Closing Reception on Wednesday is at Encore Beach Club. If the rain decides to join us, we’ve got a backup indoor location ready to go!
  • Save some energy for Tuesday’s Beer & Wine Garden Party with live music from Dave Fenley, and the epic Wednesday night finale!
  • Soak up all the knowledge, connect with your amazing peers, and have a blast!

Whenever possible, please consider:

  • Using the reusable swag we’ll provide at the conference
  • Reducing food waste by composting perishables and recycling eligible packaging
  • Recycling paper such as fliers and printed agendas
  • Reducing your water usage when showering
  • Drinking tap water instead of bottled water
  • Unplugging your electronics when not in use
  • Reusing your personalized lanyard and pins for the next Experience!
