1. CAN I TAKE PART?
The LEGO® Product Feedback Survey and Sweepstakes are open to everyone who is an adult by the laws of their jurisdiction of residence – except where prohibited by law.
Children under the age of majority who want to take part can ask an adult to give answers on their behalf.
Employees of the LEGO Group of Companies, their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to take part.
2. HOW DO I ENTER?
To enter, type in the URL address found on the back of the LEGO® Building Instructions. Then complete the survey about your experience with the LEGO set.
Potential Prize Winners will be picked each month. We’ll contact them via the email address we were given at the end of the survey.
Only entries received in the last calendar month can be entered into the draw.
Entries must be received by midnight on the last day of the calendar month, otherwise the entry will be counted in the next month’s draw.
Multiple entries (with the same product number) will be void – apart from their first entry.
False or deceptive entries or acts will make the entrant ineligible.
People who ignore these Official Rules may no longer be eligible to take part.
All entries become the property of the LEGO Group.
The LEGO Group reserves the rights to suspend the Product Feedback Survey (the “Survey”) and Product Feedback Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) at any time without prior notice.
3. WHAT CAN I WIN?
The prizes awarded each month are LEGO sets with an approximate value of $80/€60.
Each month one Potential Prize Winner per 1000 entries in the Survey will be drawn.
Potential Prize Winners will be emailed so that the LEGO Group can gather address information, and send the LEGO set to the Prize Winners.
LEGO sets will be chosen according to the type of set the winner is surveyed for, as well as the winner’s age.
Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
All taxes, fees, and other expenses resulting from the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner unless otherwise stated.
4. HOW DO I WIN?
Each Potential Prize Winner will be picked by a random drawing from all entries received.
The odds of winning a prize are approximately 1:1000, with the exact odds dependent on the number of eligible entries received during each prize period.
Potential Prize Winners will need to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release in order to be certified as a Prize Winner.
Failure to return the Affidavit in accordance with these Official Rules within ten (10) days of transmittal will forfeit the prize.
Any Potential Prize Winner who is a resident of Canada must also correctly answer an arithmetical question before they can be declared as a Prize Winner.
5. HOW DO I FIND OUT IF I WON?
Each Potential Prize Winner will be emailed within approximately 7-14 days from the drawing date.
Any Potential Prize Winner who does not accept the prize, has violated any Official Rules, or is ineligible will be disqualified – and no alternative winner will be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
The Sweepstakes are open to worldwide residents but conducted in Denmark and ruled by Danish laws.
The LEGO Group reserves the right to change or close the survey if necessary.
The LEGO Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
The use of any device or computer software program to automate the entry process is prohibited.
The LEGO Group is not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; typographical or transcription error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access any web site, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any web site or printing or other errors.
By taking part, entrants agree to have their name and town of residence published in a Winner’s List, to be made available to the public in accordance with these Official Rules.
All entries become the property of the LEGO Group and will not be acknowledged or returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and with the LEGO Group Privacy Policy, which can be found at LEGO.com.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the LEGO Group, whose decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to this promotion.

Personal data about entrants will only be used for this competition unless otherwise clearly stated and accepted by you.
