Introducing EXP Now
September 28, 2022
Customer ExperienceEXP Now will deliver high-quality and engaging video content to help organizations create better experiences for their customers and employees.
Experience is happening all around us, all the time. We empower organizations to be there for their customers and employees, when and where they need them, across every touchpoint.
Organizations today must be ready to adapt and innovate at a moment’s notice. To stay ahead of rapidly changing market conditions and consumer behavior, brands need the right people, platform, and partner willing and able to scale to meet them where they are.
Today we are launching EXP Now to provide our customers and the global experience community insights and inspiration 24/7. Launching with four channels, several shows, and an ambitious roadmap for more, we will deliver a variety of high-quality and engaging video content to help you create better experiences for your customers and employees.
Video has become the preferred type of content for many, and will become a bigger part of our resource library, adding to the research, guides, customer stories, webinars, and other thought leadership content we are already sharing across a variety of channels and our website.
From insights to inspiration to innovation, EXP Now will have it all.
EXP Now Channel Guide: What to Watch Anytime, Anywhere
1. Insights: Ideas and analysis from experience leaders
Tune into Insights to watch stimulating conversations and thought leadership focused on customer and employee experience. Our new show, Quick Takes, features leaders like Fred Reichheld, NPS creator, and Michelle Peluso, EVP & CCO CVS Health and Co-President, CVS Pharmacy, sharing insights and examples like 3 Ways Feedback Drives Customer Love.
2. Inspiration: Stories from the world’s leading brands
The Inspiration channel shines a light on some of our most interesting and successful partners and customers, and helps tell their stories. You’ll find motivational people like solo sailor Pip Hare, and innovative companies telling their stories, like how Volvo Cars is unifying consumer experience, or how MotoAmerica is using feedback and insights to put on an incredible show for their fans.
3. Innovation: Behind the scenes with Medallia leaders and technology
Beyond expert insights and customer inspiration, we also know you want to hear from our leadership and better understand our product roadmap and innovative technology. The Innovation channel features key updates from our leaders, including a new state of experience address from Medallia CEO Leslie Stretch.
You can also see our latest video with Sarika Khanna, Medallia’s Chief Product Officer, on how the new business environment demands organizations to be experience-centric, listening across all signals and driving action across all channels by leveraging fast insights and orchestration. Her update will include product demonstrations of how Medallia is helping organizations do just that.
4. Instruction: Tips, tricks, and training for experience pros
Our Instruction channel features presentations from the Medallia Institute with examples of how companies have overcome specific challenges to improve experience.
In Focusing on the Frontline Employees to Transform Culture, Petco shares how it flipped its culture by centering its business on storefront employees. Leveraging Crowdsourcing to Engage Employees and Fuel Ideas showcases how the T-Mobile consumer group used crowdsourcing technology to target feedback and develop ideas from frontline workers at more than 8,000 retail locations. In Using Agile Methods to Improve Online Experiences, we learn how global manufacturer 3M used customer insights to innovate and improve its online experience and then scaled those efforts to drive more customer-focused improvements.
Coming Soon: Highlighting our Medallians
In the coming months, we’ll launch a new channel that will provide a closer look at the people and passions driving Medallia. This channel will go deeper into our people, culture, and values that make Medallia more than just a software company.
